How do I get paid?
There is no boss or staff, everyone works as a sole trader here.
You get paid depends on the work you have done. The more you do, the more you get paid. Only factor that determines your payment is the amount of work you carried out.
How do we split the work?
Prior to each project, we will plan the scope in details so everyone knows what to do.
We divide the project into many tasks and each task has its percentage, which will be used to calculate your payment at the end.
Is there a guaranteed base pay?
Sorry, there is no guaranteed base pay. We only get paid when we finish our tasks.
